Tyler Corino - Aeronautical Engineer for Lockheed Martin

“My first position out of college was under Brad. He quickly brought me up to speed on industry standards and guided me through challenging obstacles that school does not prepare you for. Under Brad’s leadership I learned how to properly examine drawings, pick out important specifications within complex technical documents, and how to manage a program from proposal to contract completion.  Overall, Brad made sure that each member of our team had the knowledge and tools we needed to be successful. One of the most important lessons he taught me was that being an engineer is like being a detective.  As I continue to gain more experience, I am reminded that he is correct, not everything is cut and dry and you must often search for unique solutions to complex problems."
